Definition
An employer contribution grouping is a means of identifying a group of employees with common characteristics in order to determine employee contributions. The system sorts employees into employee contribution groupings during processing, according to the corresponding feature.
Use
Employer contribution groupings can be assigned to plans in an employer contribution variant, and enable you to use additional criteria to determine employer contribution amounts for different groups of employees.
