Use
Set this indicator if you want length of service for retirement plans to be calculated based on the employee's planned working time, as defined on the Planned Working Time record (infotype 0007).
In this case, the system checks whether the number of hours evaluated by payroll within a payroll period are greater than zero. If so, this number is replaced by the number of hours as specified in the working schedule, converted, if necessary, to the employee payment period.
