Use
If you want length of service for retirement plans to be calculated based on a fixed number of working hours, enter this number. You also need to specify a reference period for the number of hours.
In this case, the system checks whether the number of hours cumulated within a payroll period are greater than zero. If so, this number is replaced in the compensation wage type by the fixed number of hours that you specify. If the reference period differs from an employee's payment period, the number of hours is automatically converted for evaluation.
