Definition
An employee contribution grouping is a means of identifying a group of employees with common characteristics in order to determe employee contributions. The system sorts employees into employee contribution groupings during processing, according to the corresponding feature.
Use
Employee contribution groupings can be assigned to plans in an employee contribution variant and enable you to use additional criteria to determine permitted employee contribution amounts for different groups of employees.
