Definition
Specifies the compensation model used to determine the working hours of employees.
Use
The working hours determined by the compensation model are required for the calculation of length of service for retirement plans. If you use a compensation model for working hours, you need to specify a compensation wage type in order to store cumulated earnings for further valuation.
