MARIBEL applicable or not.

The MARIBEL is a regulation which allows a reduction in the contribution of the employer to the Social Insurance.
As from the 1st April 97 there is a new Maribel (Maribel-IV). Now, the
reduction doesn't depend on the activity of the company, only on the
number of manual workers and its percentage within the total number
of employees.
It is only applicable to selected sectors (to certain NACE codes).
