Definition

Shows how budgets are applied.

There are two views:

• The Allocation View of the Overall Budget:
  
  This view shows the overall budget and includes positions and persons financed by the budgets of budget structure elements in the overall budget.
  
• The Allocation View of the Organization:
  
  This view shows the organizational structure and includes budget structure elements that finance the positions in the organization (or the holders of these positions).

Use

In the Allocation view, positions and persons can be financed by the budgets of budget structure elements.

You can also assign holders to positions (you also specify the staffing percentage), and edit the pay scale classification of positions.
