Definition
The Inactivity Period is the period, specified in years, of an account in which the customer has not initiated any transactions. In addition, contact has been also maintained with the account holder.
Enter the period after which, if the customer has not initiated any transactions, the account will become inactive and the status of the account will be change accordingly.
