Definition
The Business Partner Dependent Flag identifies whether or not the local jursidiction requires that only a single account be Dormant or if all accounts must be Dormant for a paticular account holder before reporting them as Escheat.
If all accounts for an account holder must be considered Dormant before reporting as Escheat, then set this flag.
