Definition
Rounding unit for rounding the base amount from which the charge/discount is calculated.
Example
- Example 1: Percentage Charge:
The amount of the charge is 3 percent of a base amount rounded to a multiple of 100 (for example, total of all open items). You enter 100 as the rounding unit and define the percentage rate 3.00.
- Example 2: Flat-Rate Charge:
The amount of the charge is 2.95 for each 45 of the base amount started. You enter 45.00 as the rounding unit and define the flat-rate charge 2.95.
