Use
Define sub-asset types to create sub-assets. Sub-assets inherit the characteristics of the sub-asset type to which they belong.
Dependencies
You can maintain sub-asset types in the Implementation Guide (IMG) activity Define Sub-asset Types. To create sub-assets for an asset, you must have maintained the assignment of the sub-asset types and asset types in the IMG Customizing.
