Documentation
Definition
Specifies the highest possible loss to the bank in the event of a default by a borrower. The maximum risk amount is calculated as on the current date and without the consideration of any collaterals. The maximum amount is calculated on the basis of the contractual agreement between the debtor and the creditor of the receivable.
Dependencies
The calculations are valid for the default implementation with Loans Management (CML). They may differ based on the credit system implementation.
Example
Consider the following example:
Receivable contract capital = 50000
Current risk = 25000
Disbursement oblication = 25000
Drawdown = 25000
Repayment = 5000
Maximum risk = Current risk + disbursement obligation - repayments = 25000 + 25000 - 5000 = 45000
