Specifies the sequence number of the charge in the land register.

Use

The land charge serial number is maintained for both monetary and non-monetary charges.

• Monetary Charges: For the section II and section III monetary charges in the land register, the serial number corresponds to the Register Number that you specify in the Charges tab of the asset and the collateral agreement. The section II and section III monetary charges details are copied from the asset or the collateral agreement.
• Non-monetary Charges: You must specify the serial number for the section II non-monetary charges in the land register.
