Definition
Specifies that the collateral agreement is a collection of land charges maintained for more than one piece of legally independent land.
Use
Set this indicator to if you want to increase the charge amount of an individual land charge or add the interest and additional costs such as legal charges, to the land charge.
Dependencies
If this indicator is set to Yes, then you must assign the charges of all the real estates to this land charge. Further, the collateral agreements (of the individual land charges) must be assigned to all the charges in the collective land charge.
This indicator implies that a prior charge exists on the land charge and the land charge is considered only once in a collateral data constellation. In the event of a liquidation, only one of the charges can be liquidated.
