Use

The assessment amount is used in the scenario where land charges with trust orders are used as collaterals. If the bank disburses a loan collateralized by such collaterals, this assessment amount specifies the total disbursed amount of the loan.

Dependencies

The assessment amount should be entered manually by the user and the sum of assessment amounts of all trust orders on a land charge should not exceed the nominal value of the land charge.

Also, in this scenario, the assessment amount of the land charge should be updated manually with the sum of assessment amount of all trust orders.
