Definition
Specifies the first date on which the nominal value of the guarantee will be reduced.
Use
Under normal circumstances, the value of guarantees reduces over a period of time. This reduction is independent of the repayment of the receivable. Therefore, the amount and frequency of reduction are agreed upon in the collateral agreement.
