Definition
Specifies the date on which the nominal value of the guarantee will be reduced. There can be no further reductions in the guarantee value after this date.
Use
Under normal circumstances, the value of guarantees reduces over a period of time. This reduction is independent of the repayment of the receivable. Therefore, the amount and frequency of reduction are agreed upon in the collateral agreement.
