Definition
Lending rate is used to calculate the lending limit of a guarantee. Specify lending rate in the case guarantees that are not backed by assets. Each guarantee has only one lending rate defined.
Formula : Lending Limit for Guarantee = Lending value * Lending rate.
Dependencies
You must specify lending rate for guarantees that are backed by other collateral agreements (back-up guarantees). This is to avoid a conflict of interest ( between the collateral agreements) since each collateral agreement can have underlying charges assigned to it.
