Definition
The system usually uses the exchange rate specified in the tax base amounts to calculate the tax amounts. If you want to use a different exchange rate, you must make the appropriate setting here. If you use a different exchange rate, the system creates a balance in the local currency in the document. This is posted to an account (specifically for the balance in local currency) by means of a line item that is generated automatically.
