If you set this indicator, the percentage calculation is independent of a particular period. In this case, the interest calculation method has no effect.
Formula for the percentage calculation:
Amount = Base calculation amount * percentage rate / 100
If you do not set this indicator, the system assumes that the percentage calculation (according to the interest formula) applies for a specific period. In this case, the percentage rate is taken to be the rate for the year.
