Fixed repayment amount for when option is exercised.

Example: Knock-out option, knock-in option

Repayment amount that contains the long position of a barrier option when the option matures and if a knock-out option reaches the barrier level, or if a knock-in option does not reach the barrier level. Both exotic options then expire without value. The rebate can be either the entire premium of the option (capital protection), or a part of the premium of the option that was paid initially.
