Definition
The proficiency of a requirement or a qualification is a measure of how well a requirement for a position must be fulfilled, or how well a person fulfills a qualification. In other words, the proficiency is a statement of the quality of a requirement or skill.
Important:
Always sort proficiencies in ascending order (that is, the proficiency 1 is not as good as the proficiency 2).
