Definition

Use

Status of the payment item or payment order.

The following values are possible:

  • In Postprocessing

    The item was entered but has not yet been posted, because, for example, an error occurred during posting.

  • Dual control

    The item was entered, but still requires release by another user.

  • Posted

    The item was posted normally.

  • Posted (open item)

    The item was posted on an account with open item management, for example, a suspense (CpD) account.

  • Deleted

    The item was deleted. This is only possible if the item has not been posted before.

  • Reversed

    The item is posted, but was reversed. This means that there is also a reversal item for this item.

  • Returned

    The item is posted, but was returned. This means that there is also a return item for this item.

  • Planned

    The item posting date is in the future.

  • Reversed, dual control

    The item was entered, but still requires release by another user.

  • Deleted, dual control

    The item was deleted from within the release function, but still requires release by another user.

  • Parked, deleted, dual control

    The item was deleted from within the postprocessing function, but still requires release by another user.

  • Returned, dual control

    The item was returned, but still requires release by another user.
