Definition

This indicator determines whether the period balancs formed during time evaluation are stored as time accounts.

'1' : stored

Use

You can display the stored period balances in dialog. Use the time accounts function in the Time Management pool menu.

A maximum of ten balances can be downloaded to the time recording system to allow employees to view their balances there. The balances are stored in table ST in cluster B1.

Procedure

The download of balances to the time recording system must be controlled at two points:

1. You specify here that the period balance formed in time evaluation should be made accessible and entered in one of the info fields of the HR mini-master when data is downloaded to the time recording system.
2. The PDC Master Record Information view controls the entry of data from the balances into the info fields.
