Definition
Defines the payroll period in which the special payment or the vacation bonus is paid.
Use
If the payment period should be different from the period defined in the system, enter a different period for the payment of the special payment or vacation bonus here.
If you do not enter a payment month, the system selects the payment period entered in table T5D7Q for the special payment and in T5D7R for the payment period.
Further notes
The amount of the special payment depends on the number of periods to be imputed. If a special payment is made in November, the entitlement is also valid in December.
If you move a payment period forward, the system also calculates the payment proportion for the periods between the payment month and December. To avoid this, also enter the number of months.
