Definition
According to §22d AÜG (Temporary Agency Work Act), the employer # as a provider of temporary employees # has to pay a contribution to a social and further training fund for each temporary employee:
- As of 2013, a contribution must be paid for temporary hourly paid workers provided.
- As of 2017, a contribution must also be paid for temporary salaried employees provided.
You use this indicator to specify that the relevant contributions have to be paid for the employee. The amount of the contributions is specified in view V_5A1C_B (contribution type 9). You edit this view in Customizing for Payroll Austria under Social Insurance -> Check Contribution Amounts and Associated Percentages.
