Definition

If, during the automatic calculation of the supplement to maternity pay, future salary changes (such as standard pay increases and salary adjustments) are taken into account when the bases are calculated in the three months before the maternity protection period (checkbox "Take Into Account Future Salary Changes"), this checkbox can also be used to control whether future assignments to wage groups (pay scale area, group, and level) and the capacity utilization level (numerator and denominator) are to be used when the bases are calculated. This has an impact on the calculation of overtime rates, for example.

If you select the checkbox, the assignment and working time that apply in the maternity protection period are not used. Only changes to amounts are taken into account.
