Definition
This field can have one of two functions, depending on which method of time recording you use:
If you maintain your employees' attendances with clock times, the system calculates the attendance hours automatically - for attendances lasting less than one day - according to the clock times recorded and the break times which are specified in the work schedule.
If you record attendances without clock times, use this field to enter the number of hours worked by the employee on a specific day.
