Use

By defining a reference between the activity in question and the original activity you can have the system include data from this activity automatically in the letter or mail for the original activity.

Examples

Data from the Interview date activity is to be included in the letter for the Interview invitation activity. Interview date is therefore defined as the reference activity for Interview invitation. Certain data, such as the date and time of the interview, is therefore automatically included in the letter for Interview invitation.
