Definition

Each applicant within a client can be identified by his/her unique applicant number. Entering this number enables you to display and maintain an applicant's master and transaction data (infotypes).

Procedure

If Internal number assignment is preset, the system assigns the applicant number automatically.

If it is not preset you must specify the applicant number yourself, taking the preset number range into account.

You need make no entry in this field if internal number assignment has been preset and you select the action Initial entry of basic data.
