Documentation
Definition
Defines the number of months for which there is entitlement to a proportional special payment.
Use
The system reduces the special payment by a twelfth for each month without pay. In this field, you can define a different number of months and override the twelfth reduction.
Further notes
The following absences are not subject to the twelfth reduction by the system:
- Maternity protection
- Parental leave, until the child has reached 12 full years of age
- Military service that is completed before December 01.
- Periods with entitlement to sick pay supplements
Examples
An employee leaves the company on August 15 and should receive a proportional bonus for the first half year (months January to December).
You force the payment of a special payment and enter 06 as the number of imputed months. (In this case, you must also enter the assessment month and the payment month for the special payment.)
