Definition
The inquiry status is used to control and monitor inquiries in the pension information procedure.
Status Processing
Statuses are managed primarily using reports RPLRZBD0 and RPLRZAD0.
Report RPLRZBD0 creates inquiries in the pension information procedure. To ensure that an infotype record is taken into account when inquiries are created, the inquiry status must be set to "Ready for Inquiry". After the update run of the report, the status is set to "Inquiry created".
Report RPLRZAD0 processes the replies from the pension office. Depending on whether the information record is positive or negative, the status is set to "Confirmed" or "Rejected".
