allowed for the employee, payroll sets blocking indicator 2 (ST-SPER2).
The employee is then taxed according to the alternative procedure
specified here.
The specified key for an alternative procedure refers to a tax procedure
from this table, for example, '112' means 'tax procedure 1 valid unitl
month 12'.
