Definition

Reference to be assigned by the inquiring body to identify the receipt confirmations and information received from the postal pension service.

Default Setting

The first 8 characters of the field contain the personnel number by default.

Additional Information

  • The assignment of the reference can be controlled using a customer exit. For this purpose, you have to create the include ZX406U01 of the enhancement po100406 and maintain the modification required. The customer exit has to be activated using transaction CMOD

  • To ensure that pension information is evaluated, the reference must contain the SAP personnel number. In the standard system, the first 8 characters contain the SAP personnel number by default. If these digits are reassigned or changed in the customer exit, a second exit (include ZX406U02) must be used to determine the SAP personnel number from the reference. Otherwise the information and confirmations cannot be assigned to the pensions stored in infotypes.
