Definition
If the time evaluation program (RPTIME00) has recognized overtime for an employee and the employee is assigned an approval for the overtime, the system stores times for which there is no attendance quota in the time type recorded here.
If you enter a time type here, the entitlement can be reduced if part of the attendance quota has been used. This triggers a recalculation for RPTIME00 which determines how much of the approval has been used according to the reduced entitlement.
