Use

If any of the different aggregational levels of a tax form should be printed via the layout or structure of another tax form, you define in this field which tax form's specifications should be used.

The cumulation on a worksite and total level of the federal tax form W-2 should not be printed like the W-2, but with a different layout ZP_F_W2, which only lists the taxable and tax, as well as all of the social insurance information. If this tax form is already defined you just assign this tax form's name to this field.
