Documentation
Definition
The amount that must be exceeded as a garnishable amount for a garnishment, is determined by the minimum transfer limit. Employer costs are only deducted if the garnishable amount of a garnishment is greater than the minimum transfer amount.
Example
1. Garnishable amount of a garnishment..... 550,-
Determined employer costs.............. 20,-
Minimum transfer limit................. 30,-
--> 20,- employer costs are deducted.
2. Garnishable amount of a garnishment..... 26,-
Determined employer costs.............. 10,-
Minimum transfer limit................. 30,-
--> No employer costs are deducted.
Dependencies
The following points are only relevant if you have entered the value '1' in the cost deduction type.
1. If you entered '2' in the cost determination type, you must enter
the minimum transfer limit.
2. If you entered a minimum amount, you must enter
the minimum transfer limit.
3. The minimum transfer limit must be greater than the amount and
the minimum amount.
