Documentation
Definition
The data pool set is transaction data that you can create using transaction JBAS. These saved datasets are used to fix the status of the transaction data for a particular point of time. There is no versioning for the management of transaction data within SEM Banking. As a result, the status of a transaction cannot be derived for a point of time in the past.
Use
However, certain evaluations in SEM Banking need to use the exact status of the transaction. This is, for example, the case for back testing, where you have to be able to exclude changes to the evaluations on the basis of portfolio changes (clean back testing).
