Maximum amount for old-age exemption amount.
Use
When an old-age exemption amount is granted, part of the remuneration (but not benefit payments) remains tax-exempt:
- Calculated as a percentage
- Limited to a maximum amount
The percentage rate and maximum amount are being reduced incrementally up to 2040.
Dependencies
The maximum amount of the old-age exemption amount is dependent on the employee's date of birth (2005: 1900 euros).
