Use
The Further data function enables you to display the single screen for an infotype. Unlike the fast entry screen, the single screen displays all fields belonging to an infotype for editing. It thus enables you to store additional data on an employee or applicant in the system.
Please note that the system only accesses the single screen of an infotype when you save the data entered on the fast entry screen.
Procedure
- Fill in all mandatory fields on the screen.
- Select Further data for the parts of those infotypes which you wish to edit in the single screen.
- Save your entries.
The system now displays the single screen for the first infotype chosen.
- Enter the desired data.
- Save your entries.
If you have only selected Further data once the system will now display the initial screen once more.
If you have selected Further data more than once the system now displays the single screen for the second infotype chosen. Repeat steps 4 to 5 until you return to the initial screen.
