Definition

You use the processing mode that you assign to an activity to define when this activity can be executed. The following three modes are possible:

  • Activity valid when processing a broker report

    Allows the activity to be executed when processing an item in the broker report.

    Sending a mail is an example of an activity to which you would assign this processing mode.

  • Activity valid when posting a broker report

    Means that the activity can only be executed when posting a report item. A prerequisite for the execution of an activity when posting an item is the selection of a clarification code for the item, to which you have assigned this activity.

    A clarification case is automatically created for clarification codes that use the posting rules for clarification cases, without you having to explicitly assign the Create clarification case activity to the clarification code.

  • Activity valid when processing and posting a broker report
