Use

If a percentage is specified here, then only this percentage of the required funds is output during an absence.

Procedure

Examples

You define a weighting percentage of 0.00 for the absence type Unpaid leave.

This means that if an employee takes unpaid leave, the funds required for this employee will be multiplied by this weighting percentage for the duration of the employee's period of absence. In this case, no funds will be required for the employee on unpaid leave (funds required for employee multiplied by 0.00%).

Dependencies

This percentage value affects only HR Funds and Position Management.
