Definition

This value counts the number of personnel numbers that have an absence or attendance record with more than zero hours within the selection period.

If data is grouped according to organizational units and any employee moves from one organizational unit to another within the selection period, the number of selected personnel numbers is increased for both organizational units, providing the personnel number was evaluated without errors in both cases and the above conditions are fulfilled each time.
