Definition

Displays the number (or log number) that the authorities send and assign to an authorized NF-e.

The authorization number is printed on the DANFE (printed NF-e).

Use

After the goods receipt, the vendor and recipient must verify the validity of the DANFE before they accept the goods. To do so, they have to compare the authorization number printed on the DANFE with the authorization number that is saved on the authority's server.

Enter the authorization number manually in the corresponding transaction when you post an incoming NF-e.
