Definition

Displays the NF-e issuer's CNPJ number, as contained in the NF-e access key.

The access key uniquely identifies an NF-e. It is generated on the backend when an NF-e is issued and it is printed as a number and barcode on the DANFE, or on security paper in case of an NF-e issued under contingency.

CNPJ = A tax number assigned, in Brazil, to legal entity by the federal tax authorities. In Portuguese, the tax number is known as Cadastro Nacional de Pessoas Jurídicas.
