Definition

Call of the monitor for processing long-term vendor declarations for customer's purposes that are to be revoked.

Use

If this parameter is set, the system displays in a monitor the long-term vendor declarations for customer's purposes that are to be revoked. You then have the following processing options:

1. Printing a revocation of the long-term vendor declaration: The system revokes all the displayed long-term vendor declarations.
2. Excluding the long-term vendor declaration from revocation: The system excludes the selected long-term vendor declarations from being revoked. The system writes an audit trail in which a reason for the exclusion from revocation has to be entered.
3. Canceling a revocation block: Long-term vendor declarations that were excluded from revocation can be released for revocation.
4. Displaying an audit trail: You can display the audit trails for vendor declarations for customer's purposes that are excluded from revocation.
