If you are using the function for managing vendor-based vendor declarations in GTS, this country is the country of the vendor from the vendor master record or from the transaction in Materials Management (partner with partner role LF).

In this case, the system transfers all the goods movements with materials to GTS if the vendors come from the country that is maintained here.
