Definition

Indicates whether vendor-based long-term vendor declarations (LTVDs) should generally be considered aggregation relevant or only after the goods have been entered in a goods receipt using a material document and these documents have been transferred to the SAP GTS system.

Use

  • If the Aggregation Relevance of LTVD After Goods Receipt indicator is not set, the GTS system generally treats LTVDs as aggregation relevant.
  • If the Aggregation Relevance of LTVD After Goods Receipt indicator is set, the LTVDs are marked as aggregation-relevant only when the goods have been entered in a goods receipt using a material document and these documents have been transferred to the SAP GTS system.

When an LTVD is created due to a purchasing document through a requisition and no goods receipt has yet taken place at that time, you can use the Aggregation Relevance of LTVD After Goods Receipt indicator to control whether the aggregation relevance indicator for preference statements is set in the product master record during the entry of LTVDs.

If the Aggregation Relevance of LTVD After Goods Receipt indicator is set, the GTS system sets the aggregation relevance indicator in LTVDs only when the corresponding material documents are transferred to the GTS system.

Dependencies

  • The GTS system sets the aggregation relevance indicator of the affected LTVDs during the transfer of material documents to the GTS system.
  • You can extend LTVDs only when they are aggregation relevant.
  • LTVDs created due to goods receipts are always aggregation relevant and are not influenced by the Aggregation Relevance of LTVD After Goods Receipt indicator.
