Definition
Re-export share value of hardware (determined by re-export calculation)
Use
The value-based hardware share of input values can be determined for each product (from the country that defined the re-export regulation), provided suitable BOPs are available and the hardware share value has been defined for the components.
Dependencies
Within the framework of re-export law, the system checks whether the value share of input materials (from the country that defined the regulation) exceeds the percentage defined for the country of destination group. To do so, the item value is split according to the defined percentages for hardware, software, and technology share and compared to the respective share values.
If a relevant BOP exists for the product and both re-export calculation and a definition of the hardware share in the system have been defined, the higher value is used for the check.
To override the value-based check for each product, define that product as always requiring a license for re-export transactions.
