Definition
Include non-classified products during the transfer of control-relevant products to the feeder system.
Use
You use this flag to include products that have not been classified and do not have a control grouping, but which are control relevant due to the settings in legal control ("Maintain Product Master" flag).
If the flag is not set, only products that are either classified for a legal regulation or have a control grouping - and are not flagged as exempt from control - are included.
If the flag is set, products without a classification or control grouping are also transferred, provided that:
1. An active legal regulation exists for legal control for which all products are relevant (value "Every product is check-relevant" for attribute "Maintain Product Master")
OR
2. An active legal regulation for legal control exists for which only certain products are control-relevant (value "Only explicitly selected product is check-relevant" for attribute "Maintain Product Master") and the "Individual Maintenance" flag is set in the product master for this legal regulation.
Dependencies
Select the following Customizing path to maintain the settings for the legal regulation: SAP GTS -> SAP Compliance Management -> "Legal Control" Service" -> Control Settings for "Legal Control Service" ("Maintain Product Master" field on the detail screen).
Example
Case 1: Legal regulation USEAR has the setting "Every product is check-relevant". If the flag is set, all products are transferred to the feeder system in this case.
Case 2: Legal regulation USEAR has the setting "Only explicitly selected product is check-relevant"; the "Individual Maintenance" flag is set for product P121.
The "Individual Maintenance" flag is not set for product P125.
If the flag is set, product P121 is transferred and product P125 is not transferred in this case.
